Delete Your BowlSense Account

Delete your account in the app
- Open BowlSense and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion. Your account and its data are removed permanently.
Request deletion by email
If you can no longer access the app, email
support@bowlsense.io
from the address associated with your account with the subject
“Account deletion request”. We will verify the request and delete the
account.
What gets deleted
Deletion happens immediately and removes:
- Your account (sign-in identity and profile)
- Game and score history, frames, and throws
- Sensor throw data, calibrations and layouts
- Ball collection, bags, and preferences
- League and sync records, and league signups we hold
- Files you uploaded: Apple Watch motion recordings, frame and research contributions, community ball photos, and BowlerDNA uploads and reports
- Your mailing-list subscription and purchase records with our providers
What stays
- Your league chat messages stay in your team's thread, but their text is replaced with “Message deleted” and the author with “Former member”
- League signups already sent to a bowling center are held by that center
- Payment records that Stripe and the app stores must keep by law
- Anonymous community totals that are not linked to you
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. Use the
in-app flow or email us as described above.
