What Is Bowler DNA? The Game Map Behind BowlSense

BowlSense is becoming a bowler-centric app: track your game, build your Bowler DNA, coordinate league night, and choose gear that matches how you bowl.

Most bowling apps stop at the scorecard. BowlSense is built around a different idea: every bowler has a profile — a measurable pattern of scoring, spare shooting, release quality, consistency, league context, and gear fit. We call that profile Bowler DNA . Bowler DNA is your game map. It turns your bowling history into a simple picture of how you bowl today and where your next improvement is likely to come from.

The four parts of Bowler DNA Bowler DNA starts with four performance areas: 1. Scoring — how effectively you turn frames into pins. 2. Spare — how reliably you clean up leaves and avoid open frames. 3. Release — how consistent your motion, speed, and rev profile are during practice. 4. Consistency — how repeatable your performance is across games and sessions. The goal is not to shame anyone with a number.

The goal is to make improvement visible. If your scoring is rising but spare conversion is flat, practice changes. If your release data is missing, the app can nudge you to capture a practice session. If your consistency improves over the last 30 games, you should see that progress. BowlSense is bowler centric BowlSense is not just a sensor project.
